Hey Team! I hope that everyone is enjoying this beautiful night! For those of you interested in PiYo, we have 3 more outside sessions - tomorrow, the 15th, and then the 29th from 8:15-9:15 at The Prosper Valley School. Beginning in September, PiYo will move to The Rec on Tuesdays from 8:15-9:15. Sorry, to the afternoon TPVS PiYo ladies! My numbers were quite low at the end of the school year in the spring so I've decided to try out The Rec again and go back to the morning spot.
I hope to see some of you tomorrow morning! We'll get our strength, stretch, and sweat on so that we can go on with our day all gooey and awesome and put together.
