One Day at a Time


Happy Sunday, Team!  We're back from vacation and I'm looking forward to getting back on track this week with all of you in classes and sessions!  If you haven't made it to a class in a while, please make a plan to join us this week.  You can do it!  :)


Remember that we are all a work in progress.  Find a sustainable way of building a healthy and fit lifestyle by taking control and responsibility of your process.  I promise that you'll feel pride in your accomplishment which will then help you on your healthy way. Focus on making healthier choices by moving more and sitting less, exercising regularly, sleeping 7-8 hours per night, eating a mostly plant-based and non-processed diet, connecting with people regularly and meaningfully, and coping with stress by managing your time and space well.  Here's our schedule this week: Monday - HIIT at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am Tuesday - NEW PiYo at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am Thursday - NEW PiYo at The Athletic Club - 12-1 pm Friday -  HIIT at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am Be patient, stay focused, and take it one day at at time, friends.   XO,  Jode
