Good morning, SoulShiners. It's been a very emotional weekend here in the Eaton house. On Friday, our beloved dog, Marley, passed away and then yesterday, Colby turned 14. Lots of tears for our loss but then lots of celebrations to life. Wow, how things can change in the blink of an eye. Please take time to love your loves today.
Here we are on day 3 of our water challenge. We have about 30 daring and motivated (and most likely full) challengers, which is amazing. Keep up the great work, team! It will get easier, I promise, and just imagine how beautiful and plump your spinal discs and brain will be!!!
I'm really hoping that this post finds you happy, relaxed, cozy, and well rested but if not, no worries. Now's the time to change your mindset, make a list, and then just check things off. It doesn't have to all happen today. Remember to get your movement in! It will help you de-stress and as I say often, you won't regret it, I promise. Have you ever finished a workout and then felt badly about yourself? Probably not. xo
