Listen To Your Body

Listen to your body. With our booked calendars, free moments to just chill and listen can be pretty infrequent.   Stop for a minute and listen. Do you need more sleep? Does your body want more water? Do you need to rest?  Do your joints want you to drop 5 lbs?  Does your mind need to get outside and soak up some sun? Do you need to move more or stretch more or connect with others more? Do you need to eat less sugar and more fruits and veggies? Do you need to make a list and organize yourself? Listen to your body and do what it says. Trust it’s voice.
