Happy Mother's Day to all of you Mamas out there! I hope that each and every one of you are having a great weekend and that you've been able to take care of yourselves along with taking care of your health plan for this upcoming week. If you haven't done that yet, now is the perfect time!

Schedule in your movement and your menu. You don't have to go crazy. Move 5 days this week for at least 30 min. Walk, bike, HIIT it, stretch, do some PiYo, hike, swim, run, etc! Move, eat well, drink water, and get some good sleep.
