Hey Peeps! How are you? Thank you to all of you who danced your little asses off on Saturday. That made me happy!! Wow, what a gorgeous and snowy day today!! Here we are with super short days, money flying out the window, and parties galore. All good things, if you're thinking positively. We get to light candles at 4 pm, think long and hard about the receiver of our gifts, and dress up!! :) Yay!
I have to say that I am a HUGE fan of the holidays!!! I love our tall tree, cozying up, doing puzzles, and getting excited to don my skis, but I know a number of friends that feel stressed, tired, and overworked. This is the time to change it. Change your mind and be aware of it. If you feel the negativity creeping in, let it happen, feel it for a for as long as you need to, and then find your light. Your light mind, your light voice, and your light step. The holidays are here for a reason. To bring light and warmth and love.
During this second week of December (I will ALWAYS say), it's your time to be thoughtful and to moderate. We really don't want to get to Jan. 1 feeling bloated and puffy, right. NO!!! Think about what you put into your mouth. Will it make you feel energized or will it make you want to curl up in bed? Choose to say YES and to say NO, remember that you can't out-train a bad diet, and give yourself a break. You are f@#$ing awesome!! I mean that.
Another thought that I just have to put into words is the fact that when I started my business, I had no idea that it would give back so much. I am so proud and happy with our team. I feel support and love and encouragement and I really hope that you do too. We are here for each other and always know that you can lean on me for anything. We truly are a team. xo
For those of you rocking out your H2O challenge, I can't wait to hear how you're doing!! My water is now done for the day, my brain is hydrated, and I'm ready to HIIT it tomorrow...think HIIT/Yoga fusion. Oh baby! Looking forward to super stretchy and booty plumping PiYo on Tuesday, hip shaking on Thursday in Cardio Dance, and then a fairly weight heavy HIIT on Friday. Who's seshing this week? I have 2 openings left on Tuesday at 11 am and Wed at 10:45 am. :)
