Hello everyone! Today is the last day of January and the last day of our SoulShine Water Gallon Challenge! I’m super excited to report that Big D finished his gallon pretty much 90% of the 31 days. He feels great and is really proud of himself, which makes me happy.
If you participated in the Water Gallon Challenge, let me know how it went for you. Were you able to get the gallon in on most days? If you weren't able to drink that much water, did you at least up your intake? My goal with the challenge was to get you thinking about drinking more water. As long as you're thinking about it and trying to get more in then you're moving in the right direction.
If you signed on but then fell short or forgot or quit, please, please, please don’t feel badly about yourself or guilty or anything like that. This challenge was not intended to bring on negativity. Throw out the shitty thoughts, move on, and be the best you that you can be. It might sound cheesy but it’s really true. Life’s too short. Every day is a new day to learn. Personally, I feel like I’m finally really getting to know myself and what makes me tick, at this stage of the game. Learn and grow and be kind to yourself, that’s what I ask of you.
On to February. Here’s to tons and tons and tons of snow, loving your loves, standing tall and sleeping well, and giving someone a hand. To a hydrated body and mind, being gentle with yourself, and touching your toes. Let’s spend this month moving as much as possible and spending time with people who make us laugh until we fall down. Sounds great to me.
