Hey SoulShiners! Here we are a few days away from March. Wow, that was a fast February! This week, with the kids back in school, I'm really ready to get on it, make shit happen, rock out classes and client sessions, and dial it way back in. No excuses.
This is YOUR week too, I can feel it. What will you choose? Whatever it is, make sure that it is going to lengthen your lifespan and increase your happiness. Go a little longer, lift a little heavier, and stretch a little deeper. You will see and feel results if you JUST STICK WITH IT, I promise, promise, promise.

Tuesday - PiYo at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am
Thursday - PiYo at The Athletic Club - 12-1 pm
Friday - HIIT at The Rec - 8:15-9:15 am
Session time available on Tuesday and Wednesday too! :)
