Center Yourself


Hey SoulShiners! I'm sending out a short note this week just to say hi and see how you're doing. As I've heard from many of you the past few weeks, September is crazy busy. Life, work, going back to school, adjusting to new routines, etc., can make this month kind of scattery and hectic. I'm totally with you. September always feels like my busiest month!

Here's what I would like for you to practice this week. Continue with your plentiful water routine. Make lists to help you organize your life. Go to bed earlier than usual to make sure that you're getting enough sleep. Eat the food that you know you should be eating. Stretch, move your body, help those around you, smile, and try to remember that taking care of yourself is VERY, VERY important to the health of yourself (obviously) but also to everyone who loves you.

I also want to thank those of you who have written reviews of my business for google and Facebook! I appreciate these more than you know! In my 5 years as a Trainer and Coach, I didn't even know that there was a rating scale on these sites! Tech savvy, I am not. Have I said that I am one lucky lady to have all of you support me! I am here for you, whenever and for whatever, always. I feel very fortunate to be able to lead you, to love you, and to support you. Now, go drink water because I will ask you tomorrow in HIIT, while we're in the thick of it, if you've had enough and 60% of you will say that you haven't or will it be 30%? My hope is 30. :) xo

Monday - HIIT at Woodstock Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Tuesday - PiYo at Woodstock Rec - 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday - Cardio Dance at The Athletic Club from 12-12:45 pm

Friday - HIIT at Woodstock Rec from 8:15-9:15 am

Breathe, relax, center yourself today, and send good vibes and prayers (if you pray) and a donation to those without. You'll feel better for it.
