Hey Peeps!!! I hope that your weekend has been super awesome! We were able to dance our asses off yesterday at a little live music, which shined up my soul and really got me into the summer groove. I just got a quick HIIT session in and have almost finished my gallon of water for the day. It took a tad bit more motivation than normal though.
How do you motivate to get your workout in? It's not always easy. I don't just wake up everyday and feel like moving my body into sweat mode, at times it takes some deep digging. Remembering the feeling that I get when my workout is complete, is what motivates me on days like this. And now after some burpees and mountain climbers and high knees, I feel refreshed and energized!
If you haven't been to a class lately or come in for a personal training session, this week could be the time! Remember how you'll feel after (even though you may be a little sore). It's the feeling of taking good care of your body, clearing your mind, and connecting with others who will make you feel more whole, I promise.
