Make the time to take care of your wellbeing during this busy time. Get your workouts in, drink all of the water, go to bed early, and connect your belly with your brain when eating and drinking. Here’s your exercise - take a deep breath right now, sit up tall, close your eyes and think about ways you can get YOU in this week.
