Hey team! I'm just sitting down for the first time today. So many things to do, now that the snow is gone. I love this time of the year because I pretty much move for most of the day. It's pretty cool how doing chores can speed up the metabolism. Raking and cleaning and pushing the wheelbarrow, oh my! This week, try to get a little bit more movement in.
