Change It!



Change. It isn't easy. It's tough to not reach for that 8 o'clock bowl of ice cream or those 4 o'clock crackers. It takes motivation to throw on your sneakers and go for a run. It's really hard to wake up early and get to an exercise class.

But…BUT…once you make a change, once you decide that you need to be healthy and that the sweet treats and carb filled snacks are not what your body needs or wants, that a run will settle your mind, and that working out surrounded by motivated and amazing people will make you feel super strong and supported, you will see real results, I promise.

Change is NOT easy. Change is a bitch! But, do you know what??? Change feels good. It makes you feel powerful, and in control, and able. Change one thing now. Close your eyes and decide to change just one thing. Not a big deal. I promise that other changes will follow and before you know it, you won’t be craving those unhealthy habits anymore, you’ll crave health. Now’s the time to take your health seriously. You are worth it and please don’t ever forget that!! XO

Here’s our SoulShine Schedule for this week:

Monday – HIIT at Woodstock Rec – 8:15-9:15 am

Tuesday – PiYo at Woodstock Rec – 8:15-9:15 am

Thursday – Cardio Dance – 12-12:45 pm

Friday - ******HIIT at Woodstock Rec – 9:15-10:15 am *******

(Veteran’s Day – The Rec opens at 9 am on 11/10 so that’s why we have a time change also note that we will NOT have HIIT on Monday 11/13)
